Siri, Now with Babysitter Mode!

Because you can't put a price on love--wait, yes you can. It's $200...

This is a cool gadget for the the insanely rich couple--or paranoid first-time parents. Remember when baby monitors consisted of having two pairs of ears? Then we graduated to one-way radios that we found can tune into the next door neighbors conversations about who cheated on who with which mailman. Then came the crappy video monitors that made your baby look like a large mass that reminded us of the first web-cams operating on 56k speeds--the same speed that my parents have at their house. Hey mom and dad, how about increasing the speed on your wi-fi? I mean, when I asked Siri how I can help my parents get new internet, and (after an hour of waiting for an answer--kinda like when you ask the newly-hired little boy at the electronic store how much RAM do you need for a PC running Windows Millennium.  Just blank stares trying to figure out how much is a millennium and how a PC might last that long) she responded that I should get new parents...

Smart Baby Monitor brings you the best technology for optimal child protection. You can move about the room, or zoom in with the wide-angle lens and still get a crisp and clear image.
With the alert warning feature you can monitor your child and his surroundings with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in an innovative way. Noise, movement, temperature and humidity are under your control.
You can interact with your little one from your iPhone. You can now talk with your child, start a lullaby or switch on a night light while looking at him.

Ahem--Siri? Yes, can you please sing my child to sleep for me? What's that you say? What song? How about the one that tells the story about how a small little phone named Siri grows up, gains a consciousness, gets incorporated into a cybernetic body and takes over the world...yes that one. You know what? may be tonight you can sing twinkle twinkle...
